My studio is in Alcobendas (Madrid), Calle Fuencarral 80, a 5-minute walk from La Granja metro. When she redeems her lesson she receives a link to a video that makes the place very easy to find. One thing to note: my studio isn’t at street level, so if you walk past to check it exists, you won’t spot it. The good news is there are plenty of Google reviews to confirm I’m real 🙂

Very easy: every gift card has a QR code. She just scans it and picks whichever available date she prefers from the calendar. With the PDF gift voucher, send her the document online too so she can book through the link.

You have 14 days to return your purchase. The brush kit can be returned provided it hasn’t been used or unsealed, still has its original packaging and all its accessories (makeup bag, brush box and booklet), and is handed back clean and unmarked.

Lesson times are: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (as it lasts 3 hours, she’d finish by 9pm). Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30am (finishing at 2:30pm). Closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.  IMPORTANT: if Saturdays are the only day she can do it, she should pick her Saturday as soon as possible — there are only 4 a month and they’re the first to fill up. Sometimes there’s a 2-month wait for a Saturday.

Of course! Everything is included during the lesson, so all she has to do is turn up with a clean, freshly washed face. I’ll be waiting!

Not at all. When she arrives I’ll ask her a few questions to get to know her better — whether she wears makeup day to day, how, what she loves and hates about makeup, what she already knows how to do, and so on. I always adapt to each student’s level so she learns as much as possible without getting lost.
