In my makeup lessons in Alcobendas (Madrid), I realised my clients weren’t doing their makeup well, partly because they were buying brushes that didn’t suit their face or eye shape, and then nobody told them how to use them. So the brushes ended up abandoned at the back of a drawer. (By the way, this lovely place is my studio).

I set out to create a kit in exactly the right size for women with downturned eyes, or who are in a rush wherever they go. They had to be able to do their makeup quickly and easily. And of course it had to be cruelty free, incredibly soft and beautiful. But things got a lot more complicated. Let me tell you why…

It must be returned with the box, packaging, booklet and makeup bag, all clean and free of damage or marks.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Email me at hola@helenaroca.com with your name and order number and I’ll explain how to arrange the return.
Orders arrive at your address within 3 to 5 working days (not counting public holidays or weekends). Delivery times may vary over Christmas or Black Friday.
